On the job with ROK
Started in October 2006 PBS Group Ltd. is working with ROK on social housing refurbishment in Rotherham. This is a multi million pound contract with the initial phase to March 2007 and ultimately covering a 5 year period.
The initial phase is for 200 properties where site manager Steven Needham is fitting kitchens, bathrooms, renewing central heating and doing a rewire. PBS Group has all trades on site and this totals 25 persons. It is opening new properties at a rate of 10 per week ensuring that the resident’s desires and wishes are adhered to.
PBS Group Ltd. is ensuring that its brand values and KPI’s are visible including corporate dress code and corporate livery on all of its vehicles. David Tuck Business Development Director said ‘It is of paramount importance that residents get a warm feeling when the PBS Group Ltd. van is parked in their street and the PBS Group employee knocks on their door. They know that their property will be improved by courteous staff that are professional at all times’.
