Group Services
Group services are based at the Head Office in Doncaster. It supports Finance, H.R., Commercial and Delivery.
The team at PBS Group Head Office consists of 12 people with over 100 combined years of experience that pride themselves on the service and support that they provide.
Its key function is to ensure that its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are maintained at a 95%+ level as theis will ensure that we retain our 'best in class' status. PBS is now ISO BS EN 9001:2000 accredited.

Head office will receive information from four areas namely:

- Marketplace
and is charged with managing corporate responsibility for these same areas.
