Restoration
We have recently restored a Navy Vice Admiral’s Grade 1 listed property in Hampshire, which required structural work to be done to the Summer House and to a staircase lantern which PBS Group undertook. Much of the work required detailed hand work to ensure the restoration was undertaken sympathetically.
PBS Group has also restored both a 17th century Grade 2 listed farmhouse in Yorkshire. The contract value is nearly £2m and its duration was nearly 2 years. It comprises of the main farmhouse property, 3 outbuildings and landscaping. It involved all elements to include mechanical, electrical and ‘bricks and sticks’ and was carried out with very close liaison with the local conservation authority.
