They were in regular contact with design professionals and members of the Local Authority’s Conservation Section throughout. They have provided a sympathetic restoration, using traditional materials and workmanship incorporating state of the art technology to create a stunning family home. We’re ecstatic with place you’ve created to be honest, it’s hard to quantify, but the difference it’s made to Hayley is amazing. Everything is just so much easier, it’s not just the lack of stairs for Hayley, but all the other things, the wetroom and the easy use taps are the main benefits . And the space is awesome, the boys have space to scooter about in the hall!!.

And that’s all, amazing really considering how much was done, and in the time you had. You really have got to come over some time, to see how it works now it’s occupied. Thanks.

We recently had a structural job carried out by PBS Group. If I was to grade them to education standards it would be Grade1: Excellent to Outstanding.

I found PBS Group to be professional, organised and reliable. After receiving the initial quotation, several visits were made prior to the job starting by the electrician and builder and all the agreed work was laid down in writing. On the morning of the job all workers were inducted and signed into the job by a representative from PBS Group.

They did exactly what they said they would do within the time scale and costs that they had quoted and took great care to ensure minimum disruption to us and cleared all the dirt and debris.

May I take this opportunity on behalf of DE to thank you and the staff at PBS Group for all your hard work and effort that was put into the special needs adaptation at 3 Belton Park Drive, Catterick. As you know, the site visit on Monday with the UWO and medical staff who are involved in the rehabilitation of the little boy from hospital went very well and they were over the moon with the works we arranged. Having spoken to the Welfare staff again today the move in yesterday went very well and the family are also very pleased with the works.

Dear Elaine, I write to record my thanks for your determined engagement in arranging the structural work at Mountbatten House. I do not believe I am exaggerating to suggest that the house has been saved as a consequence. Certainly the contractors (who were very good) assesed the staircase lantern as unsafe and in imminent danger of collapse when they took it apart. I am most grateful, and still look forward to hosting you for a working lunch or something when you can get down to Portsmouth.
